Любой язык состоит из четырех навыков (аудирование, говорение, чтение, письмо), а также уровень учителя арабского языка для не говорящих по-арабски, владеющих этими навыками на арабском языке, позволяет изучать арабский язык. Это исследование о важности языковых навыков в преподавании и изучении арабского языка для лиц, не являющихся носителями языка. Важность этого исследования заключается в его ориентации на учителей арабского языка, которые не говорят по-арабски, и в чем заключается важность знания языковых навыков арабского языка и понимания его важности в обучении языку, а также роли учителя и ученика и методов обучения и как развивать эти навыки и средства, используемые для обучения этим навыкам. В этом исследовании мы изучаем потребность не носителей арабского языка идентифицировать эти навыки, их важность, роль учителя в них и то, как они выполняются, не меньше, чем потребность изучающих арабский язык от других носителей, Языковые навыки арабского языка, его значение и роль учителя в его преподавании, а также роль ученика в обучении, а также как развить этот навык для учителя и ученика. Исследователь опирался на свои исследования, благодаря работе на Кафедре арабского языка Факультета восточной филологии Ташкентского государственного института востоковедения, а также выявлению некоторых проблем, с которыми сталкиваются учителя арабского языка, которые не владеют им, с трудностями, с которыми сталкиваются изучающие арабский язык в институте на различных уровнях начального, среднего и высшего образования, а также для аспирантов; поэтому мы можем сказать, что знание языковых навыков арабского языка и того, как его преподавать и развивать является насущной необходимостью при разработке учебных программ для преподавания арабского языка не говорящими, а также в программах подготовки учителей арабского языка для не говорящих. И представить их таким образом, чтобы это помогло в образовательном процессе, эффективно применяя эти навыки в классе, а не только то, что они являются просто информацией о знаниях, предоставляемой студентам и учителям.

A review of organizational literature reveals that more research is needed on communication in organizations in the context of developing countries. The following article describes communication in organizations from a strategic standpoint, and as the management of internal communications. This article posits that most state-owned organizations in Uzbekistan reduce communication due to the influence of the former Soviet Union and a lack of proper understanding of the importance of communication in organizations by higher-level managers.
The article concludes by proposing that managers of organizations be involved in understanding of the importance of communication, facilitate an open communication environment, and provide the necessary tools for an appropriate communication environment in organizations.
The article takes into account the fact that communication between people occurs verbally and non-verbally, and virtual communication takes the form of direct (PC, chat) and indirect (email, forum, teleconference). The virtual conversation consists in the following: mass communication; communication direction: from long to long; synchronous connection; average recipient notification rate; such features as the absence of strict requirements for the form and content of the message. Factors shaping the process of communication in virtual space, the analysis of Internet communication, the virtuality of computer communication, mediation, the computer form of speech, the integration of all kinds of sentences, specific computer ethics, the creativity of computer texts. The article emphasizes the need to study on the basis of a communicative-pragmatic approach to virtual communication.
